Here is a cool web application called Past Post. This is a web tool designed to provide for its users all their facebook activity from a year ago. Chattp is a wonderful web tool. It allows its users to easily chat on any website by augmenting their browser windows with a real time chat panel on the left hand side. With this little handy app you can now enjoy the content of any webpage with whomever you share the link with. Educators can use it to collectively engage in the discussion of a particular webpage and share their info together. You can also use it with your students to talk about a certain paragraph or just ask them for their opinions about certain webpage.

Chattp is a very easy to use tool and does not require any complicated technology knowledge. It has a user friendly interface that will help you navigate the site very easily. Just remember that this tool is still in beta version which means that there may be major changes, bugs or unexpected downtime.

This tool is one of the best alternatives to help students who are lagging behind in writing assignments because of spelling errors. I always wanted a tool to help students to improve their writing skills and Netspeak is just what they need.

Netspeak is an online dictionary but not in the actual sense of the word for it provides word suggestions and directions on how phrases are used and how commonly they are used. To find word suggestions in a phrase you need to use the following symbols:

1. Put “?” in place of a word  to find appropriate word suggestions
2. Put “*” in place of a word to find multiple word suggestions
3. Put “[, ]” to check which of two or more words are commonly used

Multilinks is a multiple link and bookmarker add-on that allows you to select several links on a web page and bookmark them at once. Not only that , it also allows you to open the selected links in different tabs or simply copy them into your clipboard. Of course you can customize it and choose the service that suits you the best. Again remember , you are an educator and you are in need to these little hacks to help you effectively navigate the net. Time counts and a good internet user is the one who manages his online time efficiently and tools such as Multi Link will help you  do that.

Linkclump is a great extension for your browser. It allows its users to open multiple links by dragging a selection box around them using their mouse. Before when you want to open multiple links you need to right click on each one or use the CTRL + click shortcut on each link to open them which is not practical and is time consuming but with Linkclump you can open all of them at the instance of a click. Remember , you are an educator and every second you spend online counts so to save your time and use this little hack on your browser.
