Sketch : a free brainstorming and mind mapping app

Idea Sketch is a great mobile mind mapping and brainstorming app . It lets its users “easily draw a diagram - mind map, concept map, or flow chart - and convert it to a text outline, and vice versa”. This is a practical tool for educators , it is all free and easy to use . You can now create mind maps on the go and share them with your students . You can also use it to brainstorm topics and create awesome flow charts for illustration . I really like this app and if it happens that you have one of the mobile devices that it supports namely iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad than why not give it a try . I am quite sure you will like it .

Lucid Chart : a simple mind mapping and flowcharts making tool

Lucid Chart is a flowcharts and mind map making tool . It looks similar to the other tools i have collected here under the Mind Mapping Tools tab  . The only difference here is that Lucid Chart offers many more design options then most of the others .

    Log on to Popplet main page and sing up . Once you are signed in click on “ make a new Popplet” button .

    You will be then directed to your work space where you can start creating your own popples. Double click on the empty space there and a small box will pop up . To enlarge the box put the cursor on any corner and drag it .
    To link this box to a new one just click on any of the four white dots around the box.
